friendly staff free minibar convenient location cozy area
The staff provided a friendly welcome and excellent service. i appreciated the free minibar in the room. It was restocked daily! the hotel's location near the metro was very convenient for getting around. i found the breakfast area cosy and inviting.
the lift was quite small and could get warm.

convenient location!
quick check-in metro stops
the check-in process was quick. the hotel is close to several metro stops. i found the room size adequate. the staff was very kind.
the pillows were not very fluffy. the shower lacked a full door and water leaked onto the floor. i noticed some water damage on the carpets from the bathroom.

The mini fridge was restocked daily with drinks. I appreciated the free snack bar in the lobby. It was convenient. The front desk staff were helpful. When I needed something, they addressed it promptly.
The lift felt a little shaky.

The location allows walking to many tourist spots. It isn't located on a very busy avenue. The surrounding area felt okay all time.

A good hotel overall

The location was really great, allowing me to easily walk to many places. Local restaurants were also very accessible, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The room was a good size with bright decor. I had a view over the internal courtyard, and it was quiet.
My room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. I noticed food crumbs on the floor, and the curtains had some noticeable dirt. The staff moved me after I reported the issues to reception. The second room was better, but the curtains still seemed to be dirty..

perfect location helpful staff complimentary snack
The location suited me perfectly. The staff was consistently helpful (especially when I needed directions). The complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day were a nice touch. The air conditioning worked great, a true blessing after a long day.
